Role overview
Empowering Every Student. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging learning experience. You will:
- Provide individualised care and learning support to students, acting as a Pupil Champion for their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
- Collaborate with staff and therapists to deliver a highly personalised curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive community where students feel happy and supported.
- Contribute to an environment that encourages all students to achieve their full potential and makes learning exciting and accessible.
