Requirements for the Role

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Applications from ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome).
  • Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective primary teaching strategies.
  • A current Enhanced DBS check valid for the Update Service (or willingness to process one).
  • Exceptional communication skills, leadership potential, and standard-setting behaviour management.
