This is a Temp to Perm opportunity starting in April 2026, allowing you to integrate into the school community with the security of a long-term career path.
The Role
- Leading Whole-Class Learning: Stepping up to deliver lessons across the primary curriculum during teacher PPA time or absences.
- Targeted Interventions: Planning and delivering high-impact sessions for small groups or individuals to bridge learning gaps.
- Subject Support: Assisting in the preparation of resources and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborative Planning: Working alongside class teachers to monitor progress and provide detailed feedback on pupil development.
Requirements
- Must have significant experience working within the UK education system.
- Hold a recognised HLTA status or a Level 3 qualification in Education/Childcare.
- Proven experience in a primary school setting (KS1/KS2).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
