Your Role: Making a Difference
As a Randstad Tutor, you aren’t just teaching a subject; you are building confidence. Your responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants with a background in 1:1 or small-group tutoring, especially those experienced with:
- SEN support (both diagnosed and undiagnosed).
- Supporting looked-after children or disengaged young people.
- Working within inclusion units or alternative provision settings.
Essential: Adaptable communication skills, reliable IT equipment/broadband, and a passion for building meaningful mentor relationships.
Note: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly desirable, but we can assist you in obtaining a new one if required.
