Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-impact, engaging lessons across your subject specialism (Years 7-11).

- Implement consistent and effective classroom management that promotes a culture of respect.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching your subject specialism within a UK Secondary school.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum and specific Exam Board requirements.
- A proactive approach to 'Assessment for Learning' to ensure student progress.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with teenagers.
