Your Role as an EYFS Lead

As an EYFS Supply Teacher, you are the guardian of a child's first educational experiences, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for exploration.

  • Holistic Development: Support the three prime areas – Communication and Language, Physical Development, and PSED – through engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
  • Early Literacy & Numeracy: Deliver high‑energy Phonics and early maths sessions that build confidence and "school readiness."
  • Creative Environment Management: Adapt quickly to different indoor and outdoor learning spaces, ensuring all health and safety standards are met while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
  • Collaborative Support: Work seamlessly with Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants to provide a consistent and caring routine for every child.
