Behaviour Mentor- SEN Support

Your Role: You'll be working with secondary-age students (11-16) who have social, emotional, or mental health challenges. This role involves providing support to individuals or small groups, both in and out of the classroom.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver steady behavioural support in various situations.
  • Help students regain confidence and reconnect with their education.
  • Assist with academic catch-up as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of student development and well-being.

Essential Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in a UK school.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS or the readiness to apply for one.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Availability from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
