Job Location: Wirral area
Salary / Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Job Summary: As a 1:1 TA, you will guide a single student who requires specialized support due to their EHCP goals. You will keep them focused on their learning speed, implement emotional regulation techniques, and promote full inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a trusted, professional 1:1 relationship with the student.
- Using visual schedules and calming methods to manage sensory triggers.
- Coordinating progress markers directly with the school SENCO.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Direct experience supporting students with special needs (Autism, ADHD, or global delay).
- Resilient, steady temperament with excellent active listening skills.
