£150 - £200 a day
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Science Teacher to join our team. Your role will be essential in shaping young minds, delivering hands-on practical learning, and supporting students to achieve their best across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and creative Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Create a stimulating learning environment and oversee safe laboratory experiments
- Assess student progress, mark lab reports, and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to communicate with and encourage children with various learning abilities and needs
- Collaborate with science department colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Contribute to science clubs, fairs, and the wider school community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Secondary Science is essential
- 2 years of employment references / relevant teaching experience
- An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
- Right to work in the UK - Essential (sponsorship is not available with this role)
- Strong knowledge of the UK Secondary Science curriculum (KS3 & KS4)
- Being passionate about teaching and scientific discovery
