Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults (schools, care, or support work).
- Strong communication, adaptability, and classroom management skills.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small-group academic and emotional support to secondary students.
- Assist students who require extra guidance to help them engage fully with learning.
- Support classroom teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and positive environment for all pupils.
- Monitor and report student progress to teachers and school leadership.
