You will focus on building confidence and bridging gaps in core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) for students who need it most.

What You'll Do:
- Deliver tailored, engaging 1:1 tuition in core subjects (KS1-KS4).
- Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet their emotional and academic needs.
- Collaborate with foster carers, residential support workers, and local authorities.
What We're Looking For:
- QTS, QTLS, or a degree-level qualification in a core subject.
- Experience tutoring or teaching children, particularly those with gaps in their education.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
