Primary Teacher - experienced in Liverpool

Randstad Education is currently recruiting experienced, motivated teachers to join our supply teaching team in South Liverpool. We are working with a variety of schools that require support in KS1 and KS2 classes. As a supply teacher with Randstad, you'll have the chance to work with a range of primary schools, delivering lessons in both KS1 and KS2. The positions are ideal for those looking for a flexible work schedule, with the opportunity to secure longer-term positions for the right candidates.

Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality lessons to students in KS1 and KS2 classes.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to suit the needs of different learners.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students are supported throughout their learning.
• Follow school policies and procedures while ensuring the best outcomes for students.
• Liaise with school staff to ensure continuity in the students' learning experiences.
• Be a positive role model for students, contributing to a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About You:

• A valid teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching in KS1 and KS2 settings.
• A flexible, adaptable approach to teaching and the ability to quickly engage with different students and environments.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children.
• A passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
• Ability to travel to various schools across South Liverpool.
