Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups.
- Adapt quickly to different school policies, classroom environments, and teaching styles.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student development.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior in line with school expectations.
- Demonstrate flexibility by covering various subjects and year groups as required by the schools.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate records of progress where required.
Qualifications
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be in your ECT induction period.
- A strong passion for primary education and a desire to make a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to new environments at short notice.
- Full commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
