Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Demonstration: Deliver practical healthcare sessions, demonstrating equipment use and clinical/laboratory techniques safely to students.
- Classroom & Lab Support: Maintain, prepare, and safely store healthcare training equipment and resources across teaching areas.
- Student Progression: Assist learners with coursework, research skills, assignment writing, and exam preparation.
- Assessment & Tracking: Assess student practical performance against pre-set schemes of work and track learner progress.
- Safeguarding: Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for young adults.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Healthcare, Clinical Support, Applied Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a genuine ability to engage and inspire young people.
- Experience: Background in healthcare delivery, training, education, clinical instruction, or technical support roles (highly advantageous).
