Key Roles & Responsibilities

Design and deliver tailored primary learning programs for pupils with complex sensory and educational needs.

Guide, deploy, and mentor classroom support staff to ensure safe, inclusive learning spaces.

Requirements for the Role

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK recognised teaching qualification with SEN focus.

Proven track record teaching primary pupils with complex educational or behavioural needs.

Excellent knowledge of adaptive teaching strategies, EHCP tracking, and safeguarding standards.

A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to process one).
