In this role, you will provide critical, hands-on delivery support for our Travel & Expenses Transformation project, working side-by-side with our Change and Communications Managers to ensure seamless execution across our European operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Change Impact Matrix (Europe): Aggregate and analyze complex data to map out exactly who will be impacted by upcoming changes across Europe.
- Audience Mapping: Segment impacted employees into tailored groups to ensure change and comms strategies hit the mark.
