What You'll Do
- Live Debugging: Use Chrome DevTools to pick apart partner websites and fix integration issues.
- Consultancy: Act as the technical bridge between external partners and our internal Product/Engineering teams.
- Escalation Management: Tackle technical hurdles involving JavaScript, APIs, and Googlebot crawling.
What You Need
- Technical Core: Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a technical support or web dev role, ideally in a technical support, sales engineering, or web development role.
- Troubleshooters: You should be comfortable with API integrations, OAuth, and web standards.
- Bonus: Business-level Japanese fluency is a huge plus!
