We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our team and help design services that truly meet user needs. You’ll plan, design, and deliver research activities that provide deep insight into the people using or delivering our services—ensuring this knowledge shapes policy, service, content, and interaction design.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and delivering user research programmes, from early concepts to live services.
- Conducting contextual and discovery research across multiple service phases (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live).
- Applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods to gather and analyse user insights.
- Embedding user-centred design practices within agile teams to drive better outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in user research or related research disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and when to apply them.
- Hands-on experience in both qualitative & quantitative analysis.
