Overview

A leading financial services organization is seeking a Senior FIX Analyst to support and lead complex FIX integrations and trading support within a high-performance electronic trading environment. This role is ideal for a FIX expert with deep Charles River (CRD) experience and strong front‑office trading support background.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex FIX implementations, upgrades, and integrations
• Provide senior‑level FIX and trading production support (Severity 1 & 2)
• Diagnose FIX, connectivity, and third‑party integration issues
• Act as an escalation point and mentor for junior FIX Analysts
• Promote best practices across FIX onboarding and support processes

Required Experience

• 7+ years in trading technology or financial services
• Advanced FIX Protocol expertise (implementation & integration)
• Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• 5+ years’ hands‑on experience with Charles River (CRD)
