Programme Manager (Contract) ??

Location: Oxford (3 days on-site per week) with regular travel to Bicester and Woking ??

Duration: 6 months initial contract (18-month programme duration, strong potential for multiple extensions) ??

Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber, 'rockstar' ??

Programme Manager to lead a high-profile, collaborative venture.

In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our cutting-edge technical expertise and technology platform and The Client's world-class vehicle platform.

Operating within a fast-paced, startup-like, and fluid environment, you will drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of this complex vehicle integration programme.

You will serve as the primary 'face of the project' to the customer, leading a close-knit, 'all-hands-on-deck' engineering team.

This role is highly cross-functional and global, requiring you to unify advanced engineering and development activities across global hubs to ensure seamless customer integration.

The ideal candidate will possess a powerful blend of commercial acumen, technical empathy, and rigorous program management discipline.

You must be an expert who can hit the ground running from day one without training, demonstrating a deep, practical understanding of PLM and PDM systems to ensure data integrity, milestone tracking, and engineering release maturity across international borders. ??
