We’re seeking an experienced Senior Implementation & Delivery Manager to oversee a complex data, AI, and automation programme comprising multiple interdependent workstreams.
Required Experience- 10+ years of Senior Project/Delivery Manager background delivering multi-workstream technology/data programmes
- Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and analytics environments
- Proven delivery governance, planning, stakeholder and risk management capabilities
- Experience coordinating multiple Workstream Leads or equivalent senior contributors.
- Exposure to AI/automation delivery and analytics capabilities
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, or assurance frameworks
- Experience in regulated or audit-driven environments
- Hold end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple data workstreams
- Maintain programme delivery plans, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
- Operate robust governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms
- Coordinate Workstream Leads and ensure alignment across the programme
- Oversee delivery across:
- Enterprise data platform build & adoption
- Self-serve data and analytics products
- Data & AI assurance requirements
- Sheffield-based
- 2 days per week in the office
- 6-month contract
