My client, who operates in the Healthcare Digital Transformation sector, is seeking a skilled Lead Service Designer. This is a leadership role focused on designing and improving services within digital transformation, particularly in healthcare. It emphasizes user-centered design, stakeholder management, and Agile/Lean methodologies. You will work independently, mentoring others and collaborating with service managers and programme directors to develop impactful design concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design across complex services, including Vaccine and Pharmacy Services.
- Collaborate with teams to gather feedback and drive improvements.
- Organize and plan complex programs, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Lead planning and implementation of service changes.
- Design and manage systems across multiple services and operations.
- Provide direction on tools/methods to meet user needs across channels.

- Significant experience in a service designer role, with a strong understanding of user-centred design.
- Proven track record in delivering complex digital service and product design projects.

- Experience in managing design work within the healthcare or digital transformation sectors.
- Knowledge of the NHS or healthcare services.
