We're looking for a Scrum Master to orchestrate high-impact digital solutions for our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile & Programme Leadership: Lead multiple concurrent agile projects (Scrum) in a scaled environment, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.
  • Strategic Bridging: Serve as the liaison between SQA experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable backlogs.
  • Design Champion: Facilitate Design Thinking workshops, journey mapping, and prototyping to define user-centric digital solutions (process automation, data analytics).
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendor deliverables, contracts, and system integration for timely solution delivery.
  • Improvement & Metrics: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and communicate progress/risks using agile metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master, with 1+ year in a scaled agile environment (e.g., SAFe).
  • CSM/SSM preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering non-traditional digital solutions (automation, analytics) in a large organization.
  • Strong Business Acumen in SQA, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • Expertise in Stakeholder Management, Design Thinking, and Vendor Collaboration.
