We are seeking a high-urgency Senior SAP S/4HANA Standard Template Execution Lead for a large-scale, global digital transformation. This is not a traditional, siloed Project Manager role. You will operate above and across the execution layers, mapping cross-functional dependencies, enforcing accountability, structuring ambiguity, and ensuring the global standard template is delivered sharply against major program milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Milestones: Own the execution of global standard template milestones across the entire program structure.
  • Connect the Silos: Coordinate actively with PMs, workstream leads, and master data leadership to track deliverables, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Structure Ambiguity: Step into complex, fast-moving situations where ownership is unclear and rapidly establish operational structure.
  • Provide Leadership Visibility: Maintain high visibility into milestone readiness and partner with program leadership on executive-level reporting.
  • Relentless Follow-Through: Proactively hunt down open action items and resolve risks before they impact the critical path.

Your Profile

  • Global SAP Experience: Proven background operating within large-scale, multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformations.
  • Template Delivery: Direct experience driving global template governance, localization, testing, and deployment.
  • Program Discipline: Mastery of macro-level execution, including milestone planning, RAID logs, and RACI frameworks.
  • Influence Without Authority: Highly organized and comfortable driving progress across global/local teams without needing formal authority.
  • Consulting Presence: Exceptional communication skills to easily collaborate with and advise senior leadership.
