We seek a Senior SAP Architecture Project Manager for a major ERP Transformation (SAP S/4HANA). This Technical Project Manager will partner with leads and stakeholders to drive successful delivery across complex SAP architecture domains, overseeing technical workstreams and managing program governance. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and SAP integration expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP workstream leads and Program Managers.
- Define technical scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with development teams.
- Manage detailed technical project plans, budgets, timelines, and critical-path milestones.
- Oversee execution for timely delivery.
- Produce core PM documentation: status reports, project plans, issue logs, and risk registers.
- Engage senior leaders for alignment and decisions.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks; proactively resolve issues.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships (IT, infrastructure, security).
- Collaborate with change management.
- Support project rollout training.
- Capture lessons learned for PM continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate ownership and commitment to transformation success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's preferred.
- PMP/Agile certified.
- Deep SAP integration/architecture expertise (S/4HANA implementation, large-scale support).
- 8+ years project management (5+ years global transformations).
- Skilled in integrated cross-workstream planning.
- Experience with SAP Architecture reporting/metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consensus-building.
- Adept at translating complex data into insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, results-focused, and collaborative.
