SAP HCM Consultant
6 Months Contract
£500 Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
London with travel to Reading

A top tier global professional service firm is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with a background in Human Capital Management to oversee and lead a greenfield S/4 Hana implementation. you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from design and build to testing and deployment of HCM functionality for our clients.
As a S/4HANA HCM Consultant, you will lead the implementation of HCM functionality for clients by overseeing the design, build, testing, and deployment phases. A key focus will be on identifying and implementing SAP processes to enhance operational efficiency, particularly related to Timesheet functionality. This role also involves facilitating training sessions and workshops to share knowledge with team members. You will monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with project deliverables.
The successful candidate should have the following experience:
- SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
- SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM).
- SAP HCM Timesheet functionality.
- SAP Project System integration.
- Experience Human Capital Management Applications.
