Core Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Act as the primary lead for account management and subject matter expertise throughout the study life cycle.
- Strategic Design: Review clinical protocols to provide the best implementation strategies for RTSM.
- Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes.
- Workshops & Training: Deliver workshop content, lead client meetings, and provide training to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Documentation: Prepare system-related specifications and maintain project documentation within e-binders.
Your Competencies
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical research (pharma, device, or biotech) and Clinical Research SaaS technology.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project and MS Office suite.
- Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, public speaking, and organizational skills.
- Mobility: Self-motivated for remote work with the ability to travel up to 25%.
Education & Experience
- Degree: 4-year college degree (science or analytic discipline preferred) or an advanced degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience, with a preference for 2-5 years in clinical or software development focused on RTSM/IRT.
