We seek an organized Project Manager to lead a vital vertical workstream within our Digital Marketplace Programme. You will manage the stream from design to hypercare, partnering with the Business Sponsor to ensure high-standard, timely delivery within scope. This role is ideal for those who excel at motivating cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Tracking: Maintain project plans, dashboards, and delivery updates.
  • Facilitation: Chair meetings and ensure clear documentation and execution of actions.
  • Collaboration: Align with technical project managers on progress and risks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships across the business, including SMEs.
  • Readiness: Coordinate Go-To-Market messaging and ensure operational training/support for go-live.
  • Governance: Mitigate risks and escalate issues promptly to maintain momentum.

Candidate Profile

  • Methodology: Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall.
  • Digital Projects: Experience in UX/UI, CRM, or digital design (preferred).
  • Leadership: Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and providing actionable solutions.
  • Organization: High resilience and ability to prioritize complex timelines under pressure.
  • Communication: Superior verbal and written skills.
