I'm currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to support a new client. In this role, you'll be working on first and second line requirements to support the business with general IT queries and issues.
Location: Paignton, Devon (5 days per week onsite).
Rate: £150 per day (Via Umbrella, PAYE also available)
Length: 3 Month initial contract - Possibility to extend.
Start Date: 3rd week of Jan
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT hardware deployment or desktop support within a large organisation.
- Strong technical understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work in sensitive clinical environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider deployment team across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Imaging, configuring, and testing new devices.
- Safely decommissioning old hardware.
- Maintaining accurate asset tracking.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between locations if required.
