I’m currently recruiting for an experienced 3rd Line Citrix SME for an 8-month contract based in Preston, UK.
Role: 3rd Line Citrix SME
Location: Preston – 100% On-site
Job type : Contract
IR35: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd-line technical support and escalation for Citrix environments
- Lead troubleshooting, incident resolution and root-cause analysis
- Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and user experience
- Support Citrix CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM
- Support patching, upgrades and infrastructure migrations
- Work closely with engineering, architecture and customer teams
Essential Skills:
- Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)
- Citrix Cloud
- NetScaler ADC
- WEM
- Windows Server
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- FSLogix
- VMware / Hyper-V
Clearance Requirements:
- Active, transferable UK SC Clearance
- Sole UK Citizenship – dual nationals cannot be considered
