A global technology consultancy based in London is urgently looking for a new Network Security Technical Consultant with strong experience of Cisco network solutions and exposure to multiple firewall & network security projects to join their team. You will work in a client facing role as a Network Security Engineer, consulting on solutions and hands-on with the technical implementation and project work.

This role can be mostly remote with around 25% travel to client site or local offices, offering a great work/life balance. They also provide a great career opportunity with the chance to learn new networking skills, get certified in multiple areas, and progress into Network Design/Architecture roles in the future.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong experience as a Network Engineer working with switches & routers
  • Strong experience with at least 1 major firewall technology (Cisco / Checkpoint / Fortinet / Palo Alto)
  • Previous client facing experience in a Professional Services / Consultancy role
  • Strong experience of delivering multiple network security projects (this is not support work)
  • Professional certifications (e.g. Cisco CCNA / CCNP, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
  • Excellent communication skills
