Are you an insights powerhouse who cares less about backend data engineering and more about solving the 'So What?' behind human behaviour? We are looking for an autonomous, hands-on Analyst (5-8+ years experience) to sit at the intersection of data, psychology, and strategy for a world-leading online video and creator platform.
The Role
- Forget row-level data cleaning. You will act as a strategic internal consultant for our B2C marketing team - translating ambiguous briefs into brilliant analytical frameworks and high-impact business narratives.
- Decode Trends: Analyze how users interact with short-form vs. long-form content and Connected TV.
- Tell the Story: Move beyond raw stats to explain why consumer shifts happen and how marketing strategy should respond.
- Blend Data Sources: Merge internal behavioural metrics, third-party research (Kantar, Nielsen), and custom qualitative/quantitative experiments into executive-ready decks.
- Drive Impact: Design end-to-end A/B tests, measure campaign ROI, and champion a psychologically safe team culture.
The Profile
- Experience: 5-8+ years in B2C marketing analytics, consumer insights, or market research (ideally from top-tier B2C tech, media agencies, or major CPG).
- Technical Chops: Highly proficient in SQL, Python/notebook environments, and advanced spreadsheet modelling.
- The Science: Solid grasp of A/B testing, regression, confidence intervals, and experimental design (DoubleML is a big plus).
- The Edge: Deep context in the digital video/content creator landscape and the ability to stand your ground with senior stakeholders.
