We are looking for an L&D Knowledge Manager to drive our Knowledge Management strategy across our Learning Academies. You will organize our knowledge hubs, leverage Gen AI for skill mapping, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build world-class learning experiences in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge Strategy: Own the L&D knowledge strategy and advise Steering Committees on curriculum priorities and budget.
- Platform Management: Maintain knowledge hubs (Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack) to ensure content is accessible and up to date.
- Skill Mapping & Gen AI: Map learning content to key technical skills using modern Gen AI tools.
- SME Collaboration: Partner with internal experts ("Gurus") to curate high-impact learning content and foster communities.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Track usage metrics and user feedback to refine and improve knowledge sharing.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in L&D Knowledge Management, Content Strategy, or L&D Advisory.
- Tech background working alongside Engineering, Data, AI, or Product teams.
- Proficiency with tools like Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack, and using Gen AI for content mapping.
- Proven track record of working with SMEs and managing cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational company.
