The Role
As a User Researcher / UX Research & Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping accessible, user‐centred digital services. You will analyse user needs, evaluate task flows, and deliver actionable insights that drive intuitive and inclusive design solutions. You will be recognised as a subject matter expert, influencing key decisions and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‐impact outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth user interviews, research studies, and usability testing

Proven Government / Public Sector experience
Expert proficiency in User Research
Strong experience in Customer Experience (CX) Design
Solid expertise in Usability Design & Testing
Experience working with or researching vulnerable citizens (highly desirable)
Ability to operate as a subject matter expert and influence senior stakeholders
