We are looking for a strategic and outcome-driven
Product Manager
to define, build, and scale our portfolio of high-impact data products.

Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and technology, you will be accountable for the vision, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and measurable business value of our enterprise data assets.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between executive stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to transform complex business challenges into trusted, scalable, and self-service data solutions.

Product Strategy, Vision & Ownership Define and communicate the overall product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, priorities, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) .

Own the complete end-to-end product lifecycle-from discovery, ideation, and business case development through to delivery, expansion, and eventual retirement .

Translate strategic business objectives into actionable product requirements and data solution architectures .

Manage product backlogs, release plans, budget allocations, and value-driven investment decisions .

Delivery & Cross-Functional Execution Partner closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and Governance teams to execute and deliver against the product roadmap .

Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical specifications, and strict acceptance criteria .

Drive Agile execution, manage cross-functional dependencies, and remove delivery roadblocks .

Own end-to-end change management, stakeholder communication, user training, and product adoption strategies .

Business Value & ROI Realization Define and track product performance, user engagement, and hard business impact .

Identify high-value opportunities for operational automation, self-service analytics, AI/ML enablement, and potential data monetization .

Continuously gather user feedback to optimize feature releases and maximize business ROI .

Data Quality, Reliability & Governance Establish, monitor, and enforce metrics for data quality, accuracy, availability, and SLA compliance .

Ensure all data products comply with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements .

Champion data governance best practices, including clear ownership frameworks, standardized data definitions, and complete data lineage .

Required Skills & Experience Product Management & Business Acumen Proven experience as
a Product Manag er o r Data Product Le ad managing data-heavy products (e. g., data platforms, pipelines, central marts, BI suites, or ML features) Deep experience in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization frameworks (Mo SCo W, RICE), and backlog management Exceptional executive stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills Strong background delivering products using Agile/Scrum software development frameworks Proven ability to build business cases, measure ROI, and drive organizational adoption Data & Technical Proficiency Strong hands-on capability wi th
SQL and data exploration too ls.

Solid working knowledge of cloud data platforms (e. g., Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, AWS, Azur e).

Conceptual understanding of data modeling practices, modern ETL/ELT architecture, APIs, and microservices .
