We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data Warehouse Developer with 10-12 years of experience to design and implement scalable, high-performance data pipelines. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of architects and analysts to optimize large-scale datasets, transforming raw information into strategic assets.
Your Impact:
- Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines for structured and semi-structured datasets (exposure to policy/insurance data preferred).
- Snowflake Innovation: Drive CDC-based incremental processing using Snowflake Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Dynamic Tables, and Stored Procedures.
- Data Modeling: Design robust fact, dimension, and star schema models while focusing on query performance and cost optimization.
- Collaboration: Partner with Agile cross-functional teams and clearly translate complex data concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
Your Experience:
- Experience Level: 10-12+ years in data warehousing.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Snowflake development, Advanced SQL, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
- Snowflake Toolkit: Hands-on with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Dynamic Tables, and Stored Procedures.
- Nice to Have: Exposure to DBT, Snowpark, Snowflake AI/ML, Airflow, and Snowflake administration (RBAC, warehouse sizing).
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities with an ownership mindset for end-to-end delivery.
