We are looking for a talented Developer or Senior Developer to join our Business Intelligence Systems team. This position is a 12-month contract covering maternity leave, where you will be instrumental in modernizing our SQL infrastructure to a hybrid cloud environment.

What you'll do
- Transition a traditional SQL setup to a contemporary hybrid cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Azure Data Platform and DataBricks.
- Strong background in SQL development and database management.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and data integration practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in SQL, Azure Data Platform, and DataBricks.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
Practical notes This role requires you to work in the office three days a week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
