Are you a resilient Project Manager who thrives in the intersection of process design and technical builds? We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive PM to lead two critical workstreams on an exciting new initiative through the end of the year.
This is a 100% remote contract role, offering the opportunity to manage high-visibility workstreams within a global leader in the HR and recruitment industry.
The Challenge
You won’t just be "tracking tasks"—you will be the engine room for two vital areas:
- Process & Design: Overseeing requirement gathering and UX/UI/Digital design.
- Technical Build: Managing internal teams and external suppliers to deliver a seamless integrated solution.
From initial design through to testing and hypercare, you will ensure our vision becomes a reality—on time and within scope.
What You’ll Do
- Command the Plan: Create and maintain dashboards, project plans, and delivery updates that provide real-time clarity to the Transformation Director.
- Manage the Scope: Act as the gatekeeper against scope creep, escalating risks before they become roadblocks.
- Lead the Room: Chair workstream meetings with clear agendas and decisive action tracking.
- Bridge the Gap: Work closely with internal build teams and external vendors to ensure technical and functional alignment.
