We are seeking a Senior KDB+/q Developer to join a leading financial institution. You will focus on building and supporting post-trade risk and margining systems within the Prime Brokerage domain.
Core Responsibilities & Requirements:
- KDB+/q Engineering: 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and optimizing Tickerplant, RDB, and HDB architectures.
- Platform Integration: Strong ability to integrate KDB+ platforms with Java, Python, and event-driven messaging systems like Apache Kafka.
- Domain Expertise: Solid working knowledge of Prime Brokerage, Securities Lending, Financing, or Post-Trade Risk.
- Production Reliability: Proven track record in providing L3 support, troubleshooting live data issues, and ensuring data quality controls.
