About the Role
We are looking for a skilled
Java Engineer to help design, build, and scale world-class software.
In this role, you will develop high-availability, distributed systems, automate deployments, and work with modern enterprise frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and debug software using distributed enterprise frameworks.
- Develop robust APIs and microservices.
- Automate deployments and monitor applications across test and production environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing (TDD/BDD), and continuous integration.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Up to 5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in
- Java
(8+, with 11/17 being a major plus).
- Deep understanding of
- Spring Boot and
Microservices architecture.
- Solid working knowledge of
Kafka and event-driven systems.
- Experience with SQL & No SQL databases (Oracle, Postgre SQL, Couchbase, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with Dev Ops concepts, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Hub), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana).
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Bonus Points for
- Experience with Go Lang or reactive programming (Vert. x).
- Expertise in building and managing high‑TPS (transactions per second) applications.
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms and performance testing tools (JMeter).
