We’re working with an innovative, privately-owned UK manufacturer who design and export hi-tech equipment worldwide. As their team continues to grow, they’re looking for an IT Technician to join their friendly team in Bridgend.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll support around 70 users across hardware, software, networks and cyber security and also get involved in exciting IT projects that you can help shape and deliver.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing first-line IT support to internal staff
  • Managing the internal helpdesk, resolving issues, and liaising with third-party providers when needed.
  • Supporting and maintaining hardware, software licences, user access, and IT audits.
  • Helping maintain and improve cyber security, patch management, and disaster recovery processes.

About you:

  • Experience in an IT support or service desk role (helpdesk, 1st line, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and Windows 10/11.
  • Basic understanding of networks, firewalls, switches, and patch panels.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.

You’ll be based full-time at their Bridgend site.
