A large-scale professional services organisation in Leeds is urgently seeking a new IT & Software Business Analyst to join their team. They are going through a significant IT transformation programme - implementing Salesforce and a number of other new business applications to change the way they work and deliver to customers. This is a hybrid role with a mix of office working and extensive home working options so they support a healthy work / life balance.
As the successful candidate you must have:
- A strong track record as a Business Analyst, focused on software / applications delivery & integration
- Experience of the full life cycle as a BA - from requirements gathering to the testing phases of software projects
- Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience of Salesforce integration projects would be an advantage, but not essential
- Any experience of ERP or off-the-shelf (COTS) software would also be valued
- Experience of working in a large, complex organisation would be an advantage
You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:
- Circa £60,000 - £65,000 depending on skills and experience
- Bonus
