We’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager with strong HR transformation and change delivery experience to lead a high-impact initiative shaping the future of leadership development at a global organisation.
This role will spearhead the delivery of a flagship digital coaching and accreditation pilot, combining AI-powered virtual coaching with real-world development. Insights from the pilot will inform a broader enterprise rollout in 2026.
This is a delivery-focused role within a fast-paced, complex transformation programme—perfect for someone who thrives on structure, senior stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of a high-profile leadership development pilot for senior stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, risk logs, and governance forums
- Align pilot with broader HR transformation goals (e.g., performance, culture, talent)
- Translate pilot outcomes into a strategic case for scale-up
- Collaborate across PMO, systems (e.g., Workday), and analytics teams
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive key decision-making
- Track KPIs, milestones, and change impacts with precision
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in large-scale HR or business transformation (FS or consulting preferred)
- Formal project management certifications (PRINCE2, APM, Agile – required)
- Confident navigating complex matrix organisations and C-suite engagement
- Familiar with HR systems (e.g., Workday), performance, engagement, and talent frameworks
- Comfortable working with data and analytics teams to inform strategic direction
- Bonus: Experience with coaching models or leadership accreditation frameworks
