About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of top sales talent? We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager to support the EMEA cohort of our global Early-in-Career (EIC) sales onboarding program. Reporting directly to the Global Program Manager for EIC, you will be the engine driving end-to-end execution, operational excellence, and delivery for all EMEA-based participants. You will act as the regional anchor, ensuring our program maintains tight alignment with global standards while successfully addressing the unique nuances of the EMEA market. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a detail-oriented collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and knows how to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

  • End-to-End Execution: Drive the successful rollout of the EMEA EIC cohort, managing everything from planning and stakeholder coordination to logistics, risk management, and final delivery.
  • Participant Experience: Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and engaging onboarding experience that meets global program standards while adapting to regional needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor cohort-specific milestones, risks, issues, and KPIs, providing regular, high-level status updates to the Global Program Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Recruiting, People & Culture (P&C), Regional Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Program Governance: Maintain rigorous project governance, including decision logs, action items, communication plans, and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Future-Proofing & Innovation: Help evolve the EIC program.
