We are seeking a talented Test Automation Engineer to join our Business team. In this role, you will collaborate on a high-profile project for a globally recognized leader in the automotive and premium services industry. You will develop and apply advanced knowledge in test automation to significantly contribute to the modernization of our IT landscape.

Test Automation & Execution

  • Design & Build: Develop test scenarios based on business requirements and defined acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain Frameworks: Create and maintain automated tests utilizing the company’s core automation toolset.
  • Defect Management: Document detailed test results, report defects, track issues to closure, and escalate when appropriate.
  • Full-Cycle Verification: Perform all aspects of test verification, including environment management, functional testing, and regression testing.
  • Bridge the Gap: Communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders across multiple levels. You must be able to gather requirements directly from business teams and translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
  • Agile Teamwork: Work closely with developers, systems analysts, and product owners to ensure swift, efficient, and high-quality testing of system changes.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Deliverable: Ensure all testing deliverables are completed on time and meet strict quality standards to guarantee stable operation.
  • Standards & Controls: Adhere to enterprise Agile Working Model standards, strict internal controls, and Change Management processes appropriate for a regulated Financial Services environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in test automation.
  • Methodologies: Proven experience in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Programming Languages: Strong coding proficiency in C# (required) and Python (highly preferred/optional).
  • Frameworks & Tools: Hands-on experience with modern testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, and SpecFlow/ReqNRo.
  • API & UI Testing: Experience automating RESTful Services (including Swagger), SOAP Services, and web user interfaces.
  • CI/CD & Source Control: Practical knowledge of Git/GitHub for source control and GitHub Actions for Continuous Integration.
  • Agile Ecosystem: Deep familiarity working within agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Industry Context: Prior exposure to the Financial Services industry or working with mission-critical systems is highly advantageous.
