We are a prestigious, world-class investment management firm seeking a proactive, highly commercial Executive Assistant to support up to four UK Sales Leaders within our dynamic Client Group. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a forward-thinking, data-heavy position designed for an EA with a sales mindset. You will combine high-level executive support with advanced data management (utilizing cutting-edge, AI-driven Salesforce tools) to actively drive sales efficiency and client engagement.
- Commercial & Data Support (Salesforce & AI)
- AI & Data Utilization: Leverage state-of-the-art AI agents within Salesforce to extract, clean, and validate complex client data.
- CRM Management: Own the accuracy of the CRM system by uploading detailed client meeting notes, mapping organizational structures, and auditing data fields.
- Sales Enablement: Adopt a strategic sales mindset to actively guide leaders on who to target, who to meet, and when to follow up based on historical trends and data insights.
- High-Level Executive Support
- Complex Diary Management: Proactively manage multi-calendar scheduling, effortlessly anticipating conflicts and shifting business priorities.
- Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel itineraries and manage seamless expense reconciliation.
- Event Management: Assist in the planning, logistics, and flawless execution of client events and roundtables.
- Client Interaction: Act as a polished, professional ambassador for our Sales Leaders, handling high-value client communication with discretion and confidence.
Experience & Qualifications
- Corporate Background (Essential): Proven experience operating as an EA or Team Assistant within a large, sophisticated corporate environment. Experience within Asset Management, Financial Services, or Professional Services is highly preferred.
- Sales Environment Exposure (Highly Desirable): Experience working closely with sales, distribution, or relationship management teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce is crucial. You should have comfort with—or a genuine eagerness to learn—AI data-pulling tools and modern CRM workflows.
