Role: Events Coordinator

Type: 12‑Month Contract

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London office & event sites)

My client, a global SaaS provider of enterprise reporting and compliance solutions, is seeking an Events Coordinator to drive the tactical delivery of UKI marketing events. Working closely with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you'll ensure seamless execution of webinars, roundtables, and roadshows, aligning every detail with broader marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Delivery: Manage the full logistics of UKI events (webinars, roundtables, and roadshows), ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Campaign Integration: Work with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager to align event activities with wider digital campaigns, sales outreach, and regional objectives.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main contact for event logistics, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to maintain clear communication.
  • Onsite Support: While remote‑first, attend London office syncs and key UKI events to oversee onsite operations.
  • Experience Management: Oversee event details to deliver a premium experience for both platform users and C‑suite executives.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to wider marketing initiatives and cross‑functional projects as the regional event landscape evolves.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years' event coordination/management experience, ideally in B2B or tech.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Flexible, adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficient with marketing tools (Salesforce, webinar platforms, project management software).
