We’re looking for a Web Developer with a "detective" mindset to join our team in London for a high-impact contract. You’ll support major News publishers, helping them integrate search technologies and AI models.

We need someone "scrappy"—a proactive troubleshooter who moves fast and enjoys solving complex puzzles rather than over-planning.

What You’ll Do

  • Live Debugging: Use Chrome DevTools to pick apart partner websites and fix integration issues.
  • Consultancy: Act as the technical bridge between external partners and our internal Product/Engineering teams.
  • Escalation Management: Tackle technical hurdles involving JavaScript, APIs, and Googlebot crawling.

What You Need

  • Technical Core: Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a technical support or web dev role, ideally in a technical support, sales engineering, or web development role.
  • Troubleshooters: You should be comfortable with API integrations, OAuth, and web standards.
  • Bonus: Business-level Japanese fluency is a huge plus!
