Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops with Risk, Finance, and Compliance to capture and validate Basel III/IV requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current Axiom implementation and new regulatory mandates.
- Work directly with IT teams on AxiomSL ControllerView configuration, calculations, data modelling, and reporting logic.
- Define and document end‑to‑end data lineage, transformations, and data quality rules for sourcing into Axiom.
- Design and execute UAT plans to validate Axiom calculations and reporting outputs.
- Manage communication across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, delivery timelines, and issue resolution.
- Produce comprehensive documentation (BRDs, FSDs, process diagrams, data dictionaries, training materials).
Must-have experience:
- 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking or consultancy.
- Minimum 3+ years hands‑on AxiomSL ControllerView technical experience (calculation, reporting, configuration).
- Strong knowledge of Basel III; Basel IV highly desirable.
- Capital Markets background with understanding of derivatives, fixed income, equities, and their impact on regulatory capital.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
