Day Rate: Up to £800/day (Inside IR35)

?? Role Overview
We are partnering with My Client on a major global transformation programme focused on Order Management and Allocation. We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Organisational Change Manager to drive change adoption and operational transition across multiple international markets.
This is a high-visibility, critical role for a consultant who thrives in complex, multi-geography environments and possesses the strategic spine to challenge the status quo, manage diverse stakeholders, and navigate resource constraints to successfully deliver global business outcomes.
?? Key Responsibilities
Global Change Strategy: Design and execute the end-to-end change management strategy across 6 different regions/countries reporting directly into leadership.
Impact & Readiness Assessments: Lead through change impact assessments, training needs analyses, and stakeholder mapping across diverse international markets.
Stakeholder Management & Pushback: Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, while confidently providing constructive pushback to keep scope and delivery realistic.
Process & Workflow Shift: Drive the human and operational transition as order processing workflows, allocation models, and supply chain ERP/CRM platforms change.
